Cupid's Ball (open to all)

Maddie left Venis's table in search of folks, but she still hadn't seen them. She went to the bar and grabbed a screwdiver. Partly because she wanted one, and the other she really missed Kyra. She took her drink outside. On her way out she saw a gorgeous young lady standing at Isah's table. She debated on giving Isah Kyra's present if he was going to flirt with another.

Inion looked at Croga when Leo said he seemed protective then back to Leo and grinned, "someone has to protect me from you in case your halo falls off, and no worries about him dancing with me, he hates dancing" she gave him a wink. They finally made it to thier table in time for dinner to be served. She sat in the offered chair, the girls had made sure that Leo had the chair next to hers. Once she sat down the girls began to eat and Inion nibbled at her food, taking each bite slowly.

Juliet and Gabby giggled and chattered all through the meal, feeding bits to Dia who sat between them. Fia elbowed Leo and leaned close to him. "I hear you are thinking of stealing our princess away to one of the hidden passages, beware she bites." she laughed loudly as Inion almost choked on the bite of food she had just placed in her mouth. Once she recovered she gave Fia a glare "Fia are you trying to scare him off." She laughed "I don't bite hard."

Venis was sitting at the table with Kahn on one side and Tasha on the other. Her dinner consisted of a glass of blood wine. She sipped at it once she had warmed it. Her stomach was knotting up on her. She looked around and saw how much the guests seemed to be enjoying themselves. She had no idea what was going on yet. She would have to figure it out. Because the knotting was from eminent danger, not just the nausea of every day pain.

She did notice one thing though, when she looked around. She noticed her Granddaughter. She was in a different form. But Venis never mistook the beating of her own blood flowing through someone's veins. She smiled, inspite of the pain. She leaned over towards Kahn and whispered in his ear. "Love, our Granddaughter is here. Don't say anything though. She came in a new form, so she is hiding from someone ... Or something."

Kahn looked up and nodded. He saw the lady and smiled. He wasn't going to bother her if she did not want to be bothered.

Maddie, finished her drink and went back inside. She finally spotted her parents, sister and armandeus at the table. She took her seat beside her father. "Glad to see you guys made it."

There were two tables with the single employee's. Both had room for five, but the one Isah was seated at was only holding four. Isah looked up at the woman who had spoke to him. "No ... ma'am." She was lovely. "If you don't mind having dinner with a bunch of guys that is." He stood up and pulled out her chair for her to sit with them.

Once she was seated he scooted her chair in for her. Some of the other men had been staring at her and grinning. They were all finding her rather attractive. Paul even put his arm across the back of her chair and leaned over to her. "So, how do you fit into this crazy mess of families?" He wanted to know who she was because he had never seen her before. In fact, none of them have. Even Isah was a bit curious who she was. Someone new to the Inn perhaps?


So where was that old man at? Well, he had brought something special with him. He had known about Willow coming, and she had gotten a new collar for Christmas. So once he left the room he had gone to when Isah continued to the ball room, he took that collar out to the stables and put it on her. The black was so beautiful against her pink. He showed her some attention with a hug and some patting on her neck.

Then he was off. He knew he was probably running late for dinner now, but he had to do it. So he walked up towards the castle from the stables. Casie would understand his being late once he explained.
