The Christmas elves were having a good time making sure that everyone was taken care of. They were walking around and threw children as they went about making sure that no one wanted for anything. This was going to be the best Christmas in a long, long time. They were so glad that Venis and Tasha were finally home.

He smiles at Seleen and since she said it was time to go he sighed as he started to get dressed himself. He took out a formal suit it was a tux but it had different things about it that made it different. He put on the clothing before going to the mirror and putting on the bow tie. He gets it set up right and then puts on the jacket. “Ok hun lets go.” He pulls back his hair and puts it into a ponytail behind him his head and then he twirls the top and it on his head. Seleen kissed him twice heading to the meeting hall. He saw a couple people around the meeting hall before finding a love seat that was not occupied by someone and he looked at Seleen moving his head in a way to indicate the seat that he found. “There we go hun there is a seat for us, let’s sit down.”

Inion felt another tug on her other hand, looking down she saw 4 other little girls looking up at her shyly. She smiled at them, "hello lil ones."

One of the girls spoke up "Please m'am can we have wings too?"

"Of course, there can never be too many fairy princesses." she knelt again and Juliet helped her as she created more wings, each set different. After a few moments, Inion and Juliet had a little group of fairies surrounding them. Glancing up for a moment Inion noticed a small group of boys about the same age as her little fairies, watching them. Giving them a smile "you know all these fairy princess's need knights to protect them would you boys like to be knights?" It didn't take much before the boys were surrounding Inion as she handed out little foam (nerf like) swords and shields. This gave Inion an idea, something to keep the little ones busy while waiting for Santa. Too bad Leo had to leave in a hurry, but there seemed to be enough santa's elves maybe one of them would join in the fun.

Suddenly a red dragon hovered behind Inion and her little group. Standing only 7 feet tall and being trasparent one could tell he wasn't real but that didn't stop Inion from acting as though it was. She cringed and gave out a fake scream "Oh my a dragon, surely there are enough brave knights to defeat it and protect my princess's ." She moved so that she could stand between the dragon and the girls. One of the boys stepped forward puffed out his chest, held up his sword, "we shall protect you m'lady though we need another knight." The dragon breathed some smoke and roared at the group of boys who charged it.

Seleen chuckled at Shuda. "Honey, that's Santa's spot. It's a surprise from Venis. Come on, let's go sit down with the rest of the adults." She smiled at a little girl who was touching her dress. She knelt down by the little girl. Then she spoke very softly. "You know, I don't know any magic, but you see the lovely lady with the very long red hair over there? The one in the olive green dress? She knows a whole lot of magic and she loves making little boys and girls happy." She ran her hand over the girls hair and the little girl got up and ran over to Venis

A little boy who had looked to be similar in age who had been sitting close to the girl got up and ran after her. Seleen chuckled as she returned her attention to Shuda. "They are going to love the surprise you made for them honey. You are so wonderful." She gave him another small chaste kiss. No making out in front of children. Seleen then took his hand in an attempt to pull him over to sit where the chairs and tables were for the adults. Somewhere in the vicinity of Venis and Tasha, who weren't sitting together, just near each other.

Christmas elf Andrew was standing very close when he heard the little boy say they needed another knight. "I'll help M'Lady." He knelt before her to be knighted himself. "It would be my pleasure to defend the Princesses." He smiled then.

Once knighted he rose and joined the other knights in battle. They were jabbing at the dragon with their swords and then using their shields to block the smoke he was blowing at them. "Come on men, we must rid the lands of this great beast and protect the fairy Princesses." More jabbing and raising of shields commenced.

Inion gave him a wink "oh thank you brave Knight, I will reward you greatly for protecting me and my princesses." she knighted him and gave him a sword much like the little knights.

The dragon roared and breathed smoke at the knights. Flapping its wings to make its self look bigger it tried to attack the knights. Inion and her fairies pretended to be scared and squeal inbetween the laughing. Even the boys were laughing as the jabbed at the make believe dragon. It wasn't long before the dragon seemed to grew weak, let out one last big blast of smoke before falling to the ground dead. All the little knights cheered and banged their swords against their sheilds.

Inion stood up and cheered along with the lil fairies. "Oh brave knights, we thank you for saving us from the dragon." she waved her hand and gave each girl a little sparklely star wand. She stepped up to Andrew and glanced at the girls "follow my lead ladies for we now must reward these brave knights." She tapped him on the shoulder and a medallon appeared around his neck, it read 'For Courage brave Knight of the Emerald Isle' Each of the girls picked a boy and did the same thing. Inion smiled brightly "you are know all Fairies and Knights of the Isle." when the children where palying with swords and wands, she leaned over and gave Andrew a small kiss on the cheek, "thank you brave knight for playing along, I owe you."

Christmas elf Sir Andrew turned bright red at the kiss upon his cheek. "Thank you M'Lady, it was an honor to serve the Emerald Isle, and it's fairy Princesses." He reached down and nudged his fellow knights for them to follow suit. They each thanked their Princesses and they were all looking at their medallions and were wowing in amazement. Then they took off running to go show off their prizes. Andrew chuckled and offered his sword and shield back to Inion before returning to his duties as an elf.

She laughed and gave a bow. She took the sword and it disappeared. Her lil fairies settled around her and Juliet at the edge of the carpet, they all sat as clost to her as they, a couple of them in her lap. Juliet leaned against Inion also. She was glad Inion had come into her life, the holiday would have been bad all alone.

The little boy and the little girl ran up to Venis and the little girl tugged at her dress and pointed over at Seleen. Venis smiled. "Would you like a fancy dress too?" The little girl smiled and nodded. Venis smiled and looked at the little boy. "Are you her gentleman escort today?" The little boy smiled and then hid behind the little girl while he blushed. Venis fought back a chuckle. "Ok, let's see what we can do then."

She rubbed her hands together in front of her and blew on them. She closed them into fists as she separated her hands. She looked at the little girl. "Ok, what's your favorite color?" The little girl blushed. "Blue, like your eyes miss." This made Venis smile some more. She opened her hand and there was a pile of glitter in her hand. She closed her eyes and blew the glitter onto the little girl. And when the little girl sneezed she began to sparkle as her nice warm clothes turned into a beautiful blue ball gown with a full bell skirt and matching slippers.

She looked at the little boy, who had taken a step back from the girl when she had began to sparkle. Venis opened her other hand and blew the glitter from her other hand onto the boy and when he sneezed his warm clothes were turned into a black tux with a cummerbund and tie that matched the girls dress, he had a top hat and full tails. Then she held her hands up and with one palm turned upwards and the other facing it she blew between her hands. "Like this" And a man and woman began to waltz between her hands. It was an illusion, but the two children followed along and then began to waltz away once they had the steps down.

There were children around, lots of children, and as such he could not hold the kiss on Casandra for very long, soon he was releasing his hold.

Looking around he saw that the Meeting Hall was a flurry of activity with children running here and there, some of them were being entertained by the other patrons and others talked amongst themselves. The children appeared to be happy and it made him smile while thinking about how his holidays could have been. “Let us join the festivities.” And they made their way inside.

JonLouis took the young ladies hand and then kissed each of her cheeks upon her bright smiling face. "C'est un honneur pour rencontrer une si belle jeune princesse." He chuckled and released her hand. "It is an honor to meet such a beautiful young Princess" He wasn't sure if the girl would speak French, so he said it in English too.

While the kiss was over all to quickly smiled at him as he broke it.

"Yes lets join the festivites."

She took his hand and walked to a small table close to the children and sat down.

"Hello little ones would you like to hear a story."

She waited while twenty or so children gathered around. She began to tell them the story of The Three Little Pigs..

The children giggled and cheered as Kjay came running into the hall and slid to a sop next to Cas wagging his tail. He licked the closest child to him.

Emilia smiled at JonLouis.

"Princess keep him company while I tell everyone a special story."

She stood up and moved to the front of the children.

"Would you all like to hear a story."

The children turned their attention to Emilia and sat down. Once it was quiet she began the story.

This story was a bit different the area in front of where Santa was going to sit, the air began to shimmer and pictures like a movie began to appear. They went along with her story of course.

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,

In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,

While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;

And mamma in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap,

Had just settled down for a long winter's nap,

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.

Away to the window I flew like a flash,

Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow

Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer,

With a little old driver, so lively and quick,

I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.

More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,

And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;

"Now, Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!

On, Comet! on Cupid! on, Donder and Blitzen!

To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!

Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!"

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,

When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky,

So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,

With the sleigh full of toys, and St. Nicholas too.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof

The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.

As I drew in my hand, and was turning around,

Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound.

He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,

And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot;

A bundle of toys he had flung on his back,

And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack.

His eyes -- how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!

His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!

His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,

And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow;

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,

And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath;

He had a broad face and a little round belly,

That shook, when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly.

He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,

And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself;

A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,

Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread;

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,

And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk,

And laying his finger aside of his nose,

And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,

And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.

But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight,

"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night."

When she was done the pictures faded and the children began to cheer. Emilia sat back down next to JonLouis and reached for his hand.

Venis was watching all the kids watch Emilia's illusionary movie. It was kinda cute. Once Emilia was done, before they were no longer a captive audience, it was her turn to act. In a soft voice just loud enough to draw the attention of the children, she began to sing. "Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?" Just the one line, and then the kids all started looking around as they could hear the sleigh bells.

She chuckled. Then she delivered another line from a song. "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas." And as the kids looked out the windows of the Meeting Hall they could see the snow starting to fall again. They were all giggles and smiles. "Up on the rooftop click click click ..." And there was the sounds of reindeer hooves up on the roof, well, they wouldn't have been on the roof. But the illusion was perfect.

The kids were all looking up and saying wow and such sentiments. She chuckled. "Hey, does anyone know the next line of that song?" The kids all turned to Venis and they were laughing and giggling. And then about fifty or sixty of them shouted out. "Down through the chimney is good Saint Nick." Venis pointed to the stage.

Santa had been pacing up in his room. Then he saw what he had been waiting for. There was a distortion in the room. He knew there would be a drop, so he stepped into the portal expecting that drop. Once he stepped into the portal he could hear Venis' sound effects of someone falling through a tunnel of bricks. He heard the kids yelling and laughed. "Ho ho ho" And he was on the stage stepping out of the portal looking like he was coming out of the chimney.

He grabbed his pillow tummy and leaned back and laughed again. "Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas." He looked at where he was and what Venis had done and he smiled and winked at her. Then he walked around and sat down upon the couch. "So where are all my good little girls and boys today?" He watched as the kids all scrambled to the rugs and pillows upon the floor in front of Santa.

Emilia watched Princess as Santa came out the chimney.

Emmy's own eyes were sparkling, she knew it was Manny but it was still magical. The children were happy, the oohs and awws were proof of that.

She squeezed JonLouis' hand.

"This is perfect."

Princess, as Emilia called her smiled bashfully at Jon Louis. "It' ; plaisir de SA de vous rencontrer monsieur." She did know some french. The nuns at the orphange, made sure all the orphans knew several different languages. That way the orphans seem more adoptable.

She listened to Emilia's story with delight. Then when she saw Santa she almost squealed. She waited for all the other children to get settled on the rug, then took a spot on the back of it. She turned and looked at Emilia and Jon Louis, and smiled.

"What is a Santa and cannot it wait until later?" Armandeus gave a groan, his voice slightly muffled from where his head was buried under the pillow. The Elf was a creature of habit and one such part of his routine was taking an afternoon nap. Until the knock came at the door he had been indulging in one such nap upon Ryan's bed.

Ar was not the type that could easily go back to sleep after being woken and the knock had done that. He let out a sigh of frustration and unburied his head from underneath the pillow. Turning over, he looked for Ryan. "I was almost asleep. What is this Santa and did she say children would be coming?"

"Children are going to be there," she said from her position at the desk. When the knock came she had been composing a letter. Once Armandeus, it was put on hold and the paper folded and placed in her book. "Rather, children are already here. Epiphany brought them," just ask how she knew, "I believe we've reached a safe occupancy capacity in the meeting hall."

To the point and she didn't spare many words. With the letter away she got up and stood besides the bed, smiling at him and offering her hand. "Once it is over I will make sure that you catch up on your rest. Come now, we should go. Elessar will want to hear all about it since he is unable to go himself." Elesassr was still recovering from his incident and it wasn't advised for him to travel yet. Maybe that would be good enough reason?

"I'll tell you about Santa and this holiday on our way down."

Rose sat there quietly and watched the children and now Santa was there she was curious to see what would happen next. She was concerned though that she didn't see her sister anywhere around. She let out a slight sigh and figured she had good reason not to be there with her.

The kids were having a ball and she was delighted to see them all so happy and glad that they were able to get out and enjoy this opportunity. Not all the kids from the orphanage were able to be here - some were too young, or sick, or merely were not interested - but the ones who came were having a good time. Epiphany made her way through the heavily populated meeting hall and mingled with the kids as she usually did, she knew them all by name, and they knew her.

For the most part she stood out of the way, letting the others enjoy the children and the time, she kept an overseeing eye. Then Santa arrived and she couldn't help but chuckle at Manny in costume. Yes, he made a good Santa.

Tasha had been doodling and the kids hadn't been bothering her, but Leviathan had been having fun. But now Santa was here. She ripped of the sheet of paper she had been doodling on and handed it to a little girl who was trying to make her way to where the kids were going to be to get there gifts. The poor child had been so fixated on seeing Santa that she couldn't barely walk. Tasha thought that giving her the page of little pictures would distract her long enough to give her a chance to move better.

The little girl thanked her and then ran up to take a seat with the other kids. Tasha smiled. She sat her pad of paper and her pencils down on the table. She turned her attention to Santa giving getting ready to give out the gifts. She was a little nervous that people wouldn't like the gifts from her, but then again, didn't everyone get that way?

Santa looked up and smiled at Mrs. Clause. "Hey kids, who thinks that Mrs. Clause needs to come help me give out some of these presents?" He looked over at her again and winked. "If you can separate them into the age groups we can get going with this rather quickly and smoothly." The gifts had all been separated by age group for the kids. He had wonderful elves and helpers.
