Making a round of the outter limits of the party Trindala smirked as Sky pushed him self into her company. She tapped his shoulder lightly and said nothing before walking across the center of the room for the entanceto the event.

"I shall repair my damage to your dance Cas dear." She was a little more amorous feeling than usual at the moment, and she had no idea why. It was just a little unsettling at the moment. She leaned down and kissed Cas' cheek. "I'm going to go talk to the DJ, then I'm going to go sit down. He's great." She walked away then. As she did she pulled her flask from her boot and took another swig, replacing it right after.

She smiled at V and nodded she knew that V ment it and that Cas would get her dance. That she thought the Marques was great ment a lot to her. She looked back at him though hoping he was ok.

Dre was Dre and he saw his mother hitting the flask again. He shot her a link, but made it seem like he was off in the forest. ~Do you not think you have had enough woman? I mean you are already trying to be as big as me, but well ou have been hitting flasks a little to hard. I am worried. Do not make pour punch on you.~

That was the last thing he said, before he became the perfect escort. he even reeled in his 'party favors'. Just to make things easier.

Krys had took Jigsaw by the hand, so they might find a game to play. Tasha's hot date had been making her feel uneasy asking so me questions about her brother. She hoped that Dre would not find out about her little slip. Once they reached the dance floor, she put her arms around her date and started dancing. She spotted her mother taking a swig of her flask. ~Maybe she will be ok~ Krys thought to her self as her and Kevin danced.

She walked along holding to his hand and hanging from his arm. It was a lovely evening for a party. She was listening to the music and just walking along slowly. She knew there had to be something she could dance to soon. It sounded more like Venis and Seleen's tastes at the moment. He had asked her if he had done something like that which Venis had done, all she could think was hell no. She was happy with him just the way he was. Overly so even. And with no idea why.

She heard a song come on as she saw Venis walking towards the DJ. Knowing that the song would change again soon she gave her date a slight tug. "Come on, dance with me." The song was by 50 cent. And Tasha intended to show off some seriously seductive moves.

When he turned to move away he squeezed the bridge of his nose with his thumb and forefinger while shutting his eyes. Perhaps it was simply a momentary lapse in thinking or composure as to the reason the thoughts had come as they had. Then he heard Casandra talking to him.

Straightening he readjusted the quiver that was upon his back. "I am okay. Perhaps I am not hydrated enough for I was feeling warm." He reached out then and went to caress her cheek with the back of his hand. It is nothing to worry over. "

~Son, it is blood in the flasks, there is no reason for concern, why do you sound so close yet so far?~ Venis slowly walked across the glades to where the DJ's area was. She stepped with one foot in front of the other and a sway in her hips like she was on a catwalk. Her steps falling to the beat of the song. So, she had no dance partner, her walk said it all.

"Of course." It was then that he gave her hand a squeeze and left her presence to head to the drinks and other eateries at the table. All he needed was a little bit of air, which could be quite ironic considering that they were in the outdoors.

Still, he needed a bit of room to breathe. This did not mean that he was not keeping an eye on what was going on at the dance floor. He was still aware.

She smiled softly and squeezed his hand back reluctently releasing his and stood watching the people dancing. She was thinking again and right now it was not good for her to be thinking. She was biting her bottom lip trying to ignore the images that would not go away, she was not feeling hot any more but once thoes images popped into her mind they were hard to forget, he was after all very atractive and the tension between them had been building up for weeks now.

The breeze in the air was perfect for him. There was nothing quite like feeling it against the skin. Without sensual immunity he could actually benefit from weather effects, unlike some of those creatures that could not. It helped for character and did wonders for the exposed skin of his arms.

Spiked rowel attached to a metal heel band of the boots were spurs. Affixed to them were metal pendants that gave off a jingle-jangle sound as each footstep was placed against the ground. He had no reason to rush to the soirée this evening and so he took his time. A date? No need for that either. Things went a lot more according to plan when he went alone. No singular person always wanting his attention and he could come and go as he pleased. If he stayed that way by the time he left the party or not would be of his own choosing.

There were a lot of people already there; he could hear the sounds of their mingling and their scents that were carried along on the wind. There were a few that were new to him.

The natural sway in his walk was more pronounced by the double-stitched cowhide twin gun holster. The guns appeared to be silver with an ivory handle. Brown suede batwing chaps around denim jeans brushed together as he walked and finally entered into the main area where they all were gathered. The hand stitched black vest covered his torso with four metal buttons down center.

Thumb and forefinger of his right hand came up and he tipped the brim of black cowboy hat that was positioned on his head. Greeting was to no one in particular, just a generality.

Who was here to be seen? Certainly the attire of the females present made their own statements. This holiday was favored almost like a trip to the beach during hot summer days. The ladies always knew how to treat the eye.

Benjamin saw the few people that he knew, dancing with one person or another, he even took notice of the ones who were sitting things out or playing a game of darts. He even noticed the one with fire for hair who was talking to the band. The fire trick had gotten better. It seemed to have expanded to her hair and the whip she bore.

He wouldn’t stay at the entrance, therefore he began making his rounds about the floor. Keeping his eye out. Watching.

Fed up at Darts, she left the Dart board and went back to the dance floor. She walked up to the punch bowl and fixed her a cup, she took a near by seat and watched the action on the floor.

As she stood there speaking to the DJ she absently twitched her wings to the song. She nodded to he man and turned around to go find a seat. She looked up from something catching her attention. With a half chuckle and a partial smile she slowly walked past the cowboy. Looking slightly downward as she passed him she shook her head with amusement. Somehow, the costume was fitting.

"Benjamin." She moved her wing to avoid hitting him with it as she passed. She went to a chair and sat down, crossing one leg over the other. She lit a cigarette and took another swig from a flask from her boot. She saw Casie and nodded to her. Now she would watch.

Krys watched her mom and the cowboy. [i]~Looks like Mom might have a new toy. Again with the flask. I hope thats the only flask she on her. Krys made a mental note to keep a checking in on her Mom. She was also wondering if Dre was ever going to show up.

She enjoyed being taller than everyone didn't she? At least taller than the average person here. At least in regards to the other females. And, out of all the places she could have went, she chose to brush past him? Were they suddenly in tight quarters or was she filling up the entire area?

He believed she wanted him to see her and the near brush was more than merely accidental. "Vampire." Came the low tones of his voice as he watched where she went. He was even a gentleman and tipped his hat once again, left hand resting on the handle of his gun. Since when did she have wings? Must have been one of her other secrets. And she smoked.

"Yippee-yo kay-yeah." The comment was more to himself and still having his fingers on the brim of his hat he pulled it down more upon his head, eyes nearly covered. He then released his hat and his hand went back to his side.

Approaching her chair he was mindful of the blazing hair and the direction the wind carried the smoke from her cigarette - he stood downwind of that so the smoke would not blow on him. "Smoking kills you know. Good thing you're all ready dead. I might actually have to be worried. " Might, but he wasn't.

"Where's your escort? Or did he get burned by you hair?"

He watched the going ons as he waited for tasha. He raised a greyish brow as he saw the man from the stairs. This was going to get interesting fast. He did smile as he realized somehting most did not know about him. In this form, and in his shadow form, he had no scent. Born that way he guessed. But his scent was of those around him. It did prover handy at times. Great for hiding in plain sight.

He sent his mother a mental thought just as before. ~The point of a costume is to not stand out...well fo some of us. It is a mystery thing.~

He also had the brief thought that tasha's booty would be shivering many a man's timber. (oh do not give me that. Did you really think someone was not going to use that yahoo emoticon.) He wondered what those that knew him would say or think. He also wondered how he could use this all to his advantage.

She smiled as she watched him approach. From her seated position she was now looking up to him. She put her cigarette out with a wink. "Wouldn't want to harm the lives of those who still have them." She took another drink from her flask before sliding it back into her boot.

~Some of us prefer to stand out son.~ She smiled a wicked smile up at Benjamin. "I'm a big girl, I believe I can navigate a party unescorted. And you, no lady upon your arm tonight?"

Now that peoples focus was on other things and he had Trin right there to make him feel more comfortable, he walked beside her back out of the shadows. He smiled over at as he stepped out and into everything.

"Would you like to dancec. Perhaps my rhythmic style may seem primative but it requires a lot of energy and i must say where i am from i am considered one of the better."

He grinned and danced with her. The more she moved, well the the more things got turned up for her. He was glad she was having fun.

"Thank you Lady for letting me escort you to this dance. It is fun. Seems I am in good company to. even if mother is out of it. but for now seems I have more booty then this pirate can handle. So all hands on..." he stops there chuckling.
