She must be tired. She was completely botching her conversation skills.

She moved to the door and waved goodbye. "Goodnight," she said, and went back inside.

He turned and walked back to the gardens, dissapearing back into the shadow. He gave a look over his shoulder on the way. Fast footsteps could be heard taking off into the darkness as he did what he does best... run.
