She was laughing, she couldn't help it. She stopped walking a moment, did he follow suit or did he charge ahead with her hand, tugging her along? If he stopped she would look over at him, if he charged along she'd look at his back. "Are you saying the only way you will stay quiet is if I let you kiss me?" She had raised her brow, with her question, a raised brow wasn't always a bad thing, something to keep in mind. "I too rather prefer the quiet. The sounds of outside are always nice." Was that a hint? The boy was a big talker! He told her he did that atleast he realized it!

Of course, he came to a stop, a questioning look on his face. At her words, he smiled, closing the small distance between them to place a hand on her cheek. "Well, I'm a simple kind of fella....it couldn't hurt matters, that's for sure. So, was that an invite or something?" He smiled, leaning in to kiss her once more. After that, he simply looked her in the eye and winked. Hey, he could take a hint as well as anyone, and if she tired of his voice, since he knew he used it a bit too often, he could find other things to occupy his time with her. For now, though, he was waiting to see her reaction. He couldn't help but smile, though. What can be said, the boy was happy!

She did not even flinch when he lifted his hand to touch her cheek. Her head tilted a bit into his hand. Before she could reply to that, he kissed her, and she would allow it. When he looked at her and winked she chuckled. "It's good to be a simple kind of fellow." She thought so at least, and she would rather him find to find almost anything else to do with her, if it meant he wasn't going to be talking her ear off. That was how she thought at least! And he should be glad he went to the Inn and then ended up at the Starbucks!

He seemed to be taking a cue from her actions, since he remained silent after she spoke. Reaching down, he took her hand again, since he had released it to caress her cheek, and gave it a squeeze. He had this odd feeling that she would get along well with his sister, since Ryan seemed to think he looked and sounded better with a gag. He wasn't about to suggest anything, though, because giving someone ideas sometimes leads to bad, bad things. He would simply wait for her to resume walking, and when she did, would just fall into step beside her.

Oh happy day! She might have just broke out in song, but she didn't! Was the boy a fast learner? She could only hope. When he took her hand, and gave her fingers a squeeze, her own fingers would squeeze back. Then she was going to start to walk back with him again. Oh don't worry he would enjoy it if she gagged him...maybe not right at that moment, especially if there were people around, but eventually he would enjoy it! It was getting dark out, and she did have her bag, she had grabbed it earlier when she stormed out, thankfully such an action was second nature, or otherwise she would of had to go back in. Her pride would of probably just left the bag there, nothing but work clothing, it could of been replaced, right?

"How long are you planning on visiting with your family?" Curious if he was just here for the night or what?

"Hmm. Well, I had initially planned to come long enough to see what was going on with my folks, but I kind of like it here." He grinned, giving her hand another gentle squeeze. "You might say the place has started to grow on me, especially since I went into that Starbucks. So, I'll probably be hanging around for some time." She had asked, so she couldn't get on to him about talking this time! What he hadn't said was that they would probably have to run him away from the place to get rid of him now.

Xavier was pretty pleased at the way things were going, and once in awhile, he would sneak a glance at her. In the growing darkness, he could still make out her features in pretty decent detail, but until the moon rose, he wouldn't be able to see every little expression.

He grew a little nervous at that point, realizing that the moon's phase was growing close to full, then relaxed. He had, in his reckoning, at least two or three good days before he really had to start being extra-careful. Until then, he would make sure to see her as much as she cared to see him. However much that was, well, that would be up to her.

No, it was true, she asked and he merely answered her. Well not merely, but it was alot shorter then the answer she had expected. So he might of earned some points for that one. Might. "I was just curious." She answered his words, just so that he knew why she was asking it. Not to give him the wrong idea, right? Besides for her homework she needed to be inside to test things.

She still hadn't put together that he was a werewolf as well. Yes his father was one, but he didn't say his mother was one, so she did not know enough about the gene's to know that it would be dominant. When they got closer to the Inn, but not right up to it, she would turn to smile at him. "I think I might be glad that you came for a visit."

"I hope it's more than a passing thought, Titania. Curiosity killed some cat somewhere, from what I hear, but the cat probably just didn't get it right." He smiled, stopping as she did, and moved a little closer. "No matter what happens after tonight, I'm really glad I met you. I don't believe in accidents, and this is just too good to be one anyway."

He paused for a moment, right on the cusp of admitting his status to her, and stopped. "Listen. I don't know if this is the right time or not, but I need you to know something about me. I'm not like other men." He said this as he gazed from her to the moon....he didn't have much time at all. Light, I hope this doesn't end like the last time. Sure, he could hold out for awhile yet, and he had enough control over his gift to resist the call of the full moon anyway. Still, he had a temper, and if pushed, he would change. However, he didn't see himself being pushed in that direction with her.

After a moment, he placed his hand once more on her cheek, and smiled. "I've had a great time getting to know you, Titania. I sincerely hope that this isn't a one-time occasion. Decorum dictates that I bid you good night, and offer to escort you home, but...." He trailed off, not really knowing what to say next. Gathering his resolve, such as it was, he forged ahead. "Well, I feel compelled to ask you to accompany me inside, maybe to the bar? I'd gladly buy you a drink or two, if such is acceptable?" He planned, of course, to be a perfect gentleman. Still, that same compulsion practically forced him to lean in and kiss her once more, lingering slightly longer this time. It wasn't an urgent, come-back-to-my-room kind of kiss, but it was a little more I'm-not-ready-to-let-you-leave than the last couple.

She laughed, not the dainty oh I'm a girl, and dainty laugh, but a real laugh. "Are you saying that your hoping that I am asking because I might want to see you again?" She wasn't hinting or saying anything, she wanted to know what he thought for real. On his own. Not her thoughts. She was a strong willed woman at times, and so she often did not say her thoughts first, when she wanted to know someone elses.

Oh, she had heard this before. She was almost waiting for him to say what made him different but he didn't. He did glance up and while she wasn't sure what that was about. Glancing at him, "Not like other men. Are you dying?" The last guy that told her that, claimed he was dying, but when she refused to sleep with him, he changed his story. So she had to ask, "And in what way are you different?" Men always had lines, didn't they?

She was getting ready to answer him, when he did lean in and give her that kiss, the kiss that slightly lingered, that asked for more time, all in the press of lips together. She let her eyes close a little bit before the kiss was over, and she paused. "If I go inside with you, and have a drink or two, there is no way I'm going to be able to drive home." She thought a moment, "But I will come in, and have one drink with you at the bar, if you can put me up for the night." No, that did not mean anything was going to happen, it was just giving him options.

He laughed at her comment, not making fun, just out of levity. "No, I am not dying. It's just...well, it's complicated. I promise to explain when the time is right, but until then, I'd like it if we could skip that explanation. No, nothing bad, just....complicated. Not like I'm sick, or infected, or have a bad case of fleas..."

That last bit slipped out, and he colored slightly. Good thing it was dark! He slipped his hand back into hers, and, if she was of a mind to follow, would start leading her into the Inn. "Sounds fair. My room is messy, but I'm sure I can accommodate you comfortably. You can have the bed....I won't have you waking up all crampy and achy. So, what do you like? Drinks, I mean." He was curious, happy, and a little nervous.

So many things were going through his mind right now, and he didn't know where to start in the way of explanations. Maybe she wouldn't be put off or afraid when she found out what he was?

She gave him a rather strange look, but nodded her head. "Okay." She didn't understand why he brought that up but didn't want to say what made him different. But men were strange, and she would chalk it up to that. "Though I am glad you don't have a bad case of fleas." That sounded a bit odd, but well if he was tyring to be reassuring, a part of her figured he was talking about his room.

And then they were walking again and she smiled to him. "That is very nice of you, to think of how I will feel when I wake up." She nodded a bit, though not much else was said, she hadn't gotten to good of a look in his room. "Oh drinks. I haven't had a drink in a while, perhaps I will have a Sex on the Beach...or a Orgasm, both of those were rather good, last time I had them. Do they have them at the Inn?" A innocent bat of lashes that he wouldn't see.

They wouldn't know how she would react to something, until it came to pass. Speculation could be your best friend or your worst nightmare.

He stopped to have himself a small coughing fit. See, he had been about to respond, but he choked on the reply. He would look to her with an odd look, wondering if he had heard her correctly. "Uh...I think they have those at the inn, but I'll have to check..." He could only assume she was talking about some sort of mixed drink, and not being literal. Being literal sometimes led to slapped faces. However, maybe she wasn't being literal.

After he regained his composure, such as it was, he would continue walking, even growing a slightly smart-alecky grin. "I suppose after a few drinks, we will see. You never know, there might be multiple orgasms. Sex on the Beach, however.....that usually leads to sand in uncomfortable places." Did he say it? Yes, but with the firm hope that she didn't have a blade in that handbag....or a taser....or something equally as uncomfortable.

If he would of had a coughing fit, she would of hit him upon the back, like one did with small children to help! Nothing violent in that, right? Not when it was helping violence. "If not, I'll have to figure out something else, but I really am looking forward to one of them." There wasn't even a impish grin, but maybe, just maybe there was a hint of impishness in her eyes, that he wouldn't be able to see.

She still had his hand, or rather he had her hand, in his, so his would be given a small squeeze. Laughter escaped from her, she could not help it, he took her drink choices and went all sexual. "That's why ya make sure that your right where the waves rush over the beach. Helps keep the sand away. And perfect for a dip afterwards." If one liked water, some people did not mix with large bodies of water. "I wonder if they will make a drink called Sand in Uncomfortable Places...might be a big hit." A laugh, yes she laughed again. It took more then that if he thought she would be offended.

He started laughing around the same time, relieved that she hadn't been offended by his brand of humor. "Funny thing, I've actually heard of a drink called Sandy Crack. Doesn't sound too appetizing, but tastes vary. Heck, I heard a woman walk up to a bar and say "Hi, I want a Screaming Multiple Orgasm' and the bartender just looked at her, having never heard of the drink, and said "Uh, okay, but let me wash my hands first'."

He had already decided that he liked this young woman, but when he realized that she had a good sense of humor, it only got better. "You know what?" Said as he reached for the front door of the inn, pushing it open to allow her to walk in. "This has already been one of the best nights ever. Frankly, I can't see it doing anything but getting better. Oh, and after you." She would of looked thoughtful, if well he could of seen it, which he couldn't. At least not until they went into the Inn. "Hmm I haven't heard of that one before... I do wonder." She had a feeling it wasn't the same sort of drinks that she liked but you never knew until you tried it right? She didn't crack a thing, instead she said in a very even tone. "At least he was going to wash his hands. I'm sure that she would appereciate that he has clean hands. I would." She nodded her head at that one.

When they reached the inn and he opened the door she would slip inside, when he said you first. "I am glad that your enjoying this night." She was. Because for the most part, once he cut back on talking off her ears, she was too. When they were in the Inn, she remembered seeing the way the bar was, so she would give a tug on his hand and go straight over. "We might as well sit at the bar, seeing its just the one drink?" She asked him for his input.

"Sounds good to me!" He allowed himself to be led to the bar, and shrugged. "Stool, table, booth, any of them sound fine to me. Let's start at the bar itself, though. Might get waited on quicker, at any rate." Boy, that joke went over like a lead balloon! Maybe he should stop trying to do jokes...he was rubbish at funny stories.

After he had pulled a bar stool out for her, he plopped down on one himself. He was almost sure that she wasn't the type to be flattered by someone being overly proper. After that, he would just sit there, elbow on bar, chin in hand, looking to her.

She gave a nod of her head. She did normally have good ideas, its why she had her job, if she wasn't good at it, she would of been fired. So he agreed and down the sat. Well she sat after he pulle dout that bar stool for her. "Thank you." Oh he might be surprised, on what she liked and didn't like, but this was a first meeting so those things didn't come out to play. Everyone had things that bothered them.

As they sat there, the bar tender came right up, asking what they would like. Titania wasnt very shy, and she gave the man a smile, "I'd like an orgasm...please." Then the guy, whom gave her a wink, looked to Xavier. "And for you?"

Oh, he saw the guy wink, and it's a good thing he wasn't the jealous or possessive type. In fact, he actually chuckled a bit. With a smirk, he nodded. "I dunno if it's on the menu, but I believe I'll have a Shag by the Shore, followed by an Afterglow." Innocent look to T. "Gets rid of the aftertaste that vodka leaves." If there was innuendo there, he might not admit it right yet, but if she picked up on it.....

The man went away, presumably to prepare their drinks, and he looked back to her. He was trying to think of something witty to say, and failing. Maybe he should follow the hint of earlier and keep it shut? He relaxed a great deal then, figuring out what to do, and just smiled. True, in some things he could be a slow learner, but she was incentive enough for him to get it right on the first try.

Especially seeing that wasn't a good trait on a first date/meeting/social gathering of two! She laughed when she heard his order. "Remember one drink for me...then its up those stairs." She didn't want him to forget that, she did have to work in the morning. And if they stayed up drinking all night, or if she had more then one, she wasn't going to be all bubbly and cheerful in the morning.

When the bartender walked to go make the drinks, it didn't take him long he came back balancing the two of Xaviers drinks in one hand, and Titania's in it's own. He set the glasses down with a small clink upon the bar top. "If you need anything else let me know." He paused, "Did you want this on your tab? Or paying tonight?" He looked between the two, for he wasn't sure whom to direct the call to.

Once the drink was set before her, she looked to Xavier, picking it up. "Here's to my orgasm." A wink and a drink.

"Oh, not to worry, the second one is non-alcoholic. I learned my lesson about drinking already. One's my limit, too." The truth was, he didn't want to be too drunk to remember what happened!

The bartender had asked about payment, so he reached into his pocket and handed him three gold coins. "If there's a lady named Madeline around tonight, tell her I said the change is her tip, since we didn't get a chance to speak the other night." Looking to Titania, he shrugged. "Half-sister. Apparently I have family out the wazoo. Whatever a wazoo is."

With a nod to the bartender, he looked back to T just in time for her comment. Not to be outdone, though he was honestly surprised by that comment...not a bad surprise, be assured of that....he grinned. "May you live long and have many, many more. And, let's not forget my Shag by the Shore, or the afterglow." Was he even talking about drinks anymore?

She laughed hearing that, for it dawned on her how bad he had looked when he walked into the Starbucks. "That is probably for the best!" She gave a small nod of her head, before she finished up with her drink. It really did not take her long, it wasn't that the orgasm was a large drink.

Then the bartendered nodded, took the gold coins, and would do as he was told. He had a grin at thier talk though, he caught on from the begining.

When he spoke she laughed, "Oh no, you wouldn't want to forget them! They are rather good to have as well." What were they talking about? That was a good question. She would wait for him to finish his drinks, while she waited she glanced around the bar, noticing it was rather quiet tonight, she hadn't been in a bar for a while. This was nice.

Xavier thought so as well! This was, in his reckoning, one of the better nights he had spent in a long while. He had finished the first drink, but he was savoring the afterglow. After all, that's the best part! He was a big fan of fruit juices, especially mixed in such a fashion. Pineapple was his favorite, though.

He left the talking to her for a little while, finishing his drink. Finally, he nodded, looking placid...not drunk, just...happy. "Well, that's my limit...you said you had work in the morning, right? Well, I'm taking you captive, and since you've been bad, you should go to my room." Was he serious? The only sign was the smile on his face.

Oh he was lucky! She was already planning on going back to his room. The line he just used made her want to go the other way. Lucky boy. After his drink was done, she would slip off the bar stool and look over to him. "Lead the way?" She had only been in his room for five seconds earlier so that she wouldn't remember correctly where that room was.

"I do. I hate pulling the morning shift...but I tend to pull most of the shifts." It was true! She rotated her shifts pretty good. And if the Starbucks doorbell chimed when she was out or about, she would feel a small tug, and usually it let her know as well if she needed to be back there. That was her only magic she had done correctly...so far.

That was why she needed to do homework and research. Both of those were things she could use to let her teacher know exactly what she found out. Though was she planning on either of those things tonight? That was probably the million dollar question.

Xavier had been joking, of course, but did she catch it? Hopefully....he would hold his hand out, and, assuming she took it, would begin to lead her to his room. "Now, I have to warn you, unless they have some sort of magical cleaning service, my room is a mess. I'm barely unpacked."

After a few short moments, they reached the door to his room. He pushed it open, and smiled. "Ladies first, as they say." He winced inwardly at the state of his room....hopefully she wouldn't think he was a slob or something!

Following her inside, he shut the door, and after gesturing for her to sit, if she so wished, he would seat himself close to her. "Great night. I have to tell you, I'm really glad to have met you."

When they reached his room, she glanced around a bit more, and she couldn't hope but ask him. "If your room is this messy and you haven't really unpacked, I think I am scared of what it will look like once you unpack fully." She nodded her head as she spoke cause it did sound rather frightening to her.

She bit down upon her lower lip. "I am glad that we met. Though I am not so sure this is a good idea." She peered around his room, then gave a little shrug. "If I don't show up for work tomorrow you know people will be looking for me right?" Okay so now it happened that she started to have a few doubts about just meeting a guy and staying in his room overnight. It wasn't like the first time she'd done it. Just thought she needed to tell him what was what just in case.
